By accessing or using the services provided by ScaleMap, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Scope of Service

ScaleMap provides a client-side floor planning layout designer, dimension tool, and furniture placing sandbox. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the application at any time without notice.

3. User Data & Responsibility

Since ScaleMap runs local-first, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your exported floor plans (as JSON exports).

• We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser cookies, cache, or local storage.
• You agree not to upload any material that violates copyright laws or third-party intellectual property.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy for architectural calculations, scale precision, or fitness for a particular layout requirement.
